This website has no forms that send us data. The booking form only writes a WhatsApp message on your own device; nothing is sent until you send it from WhatsApp. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use your name, phone number and booking details only to handle the booking and reply to you.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the booking or question and then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.
Processors and third parties: the website host, Netlify, Inc. (under GDPR safeguards: standard contractual clauses), which processes IP addresses in technical logs for security; and WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there, which handles messages under its own terms. Fonts and all other files are served from this website itself, with no third-party services. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.
Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cheers@rtdbeverages.es. If you think we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookie policy
The public pages of this website use no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser only stores the language you pick, so the site opens in that language next time; this is needed for the service you asked for and does not require consent.
The private admin area, used only by staff, uses one technical session cookie to keep them signed in.
